Who are Underachievers?

IQ tests and other educational measures are used to assess students' capabilities at school. If a student has a high IQ but consistently does not do well on tests or performs at a level that is lower than what he is capable of, he is considered an ‘underachiever’. Good teachers are able to identify underachieving students, help them solve their problems and create conditions that allow these students to develop their full potential.
