Exercise 6 - Towards academic reading
What is Genetic Engineering?

Genetic engineering is the manipulation of DNA that causes a desired result in an organism. If scientists can alter the function of a gene, that is, change what the gene causes the organism to do, then a new, improved organism with enhanced functions could emerge.
Imagine that researchers could alter the DNA of a man in any way they wanted.
Match the descriptions of altered DNA to the new enhanced organism that would emerge.

Drag and drop your answers into the table.
