The Hiroshima Peace Museum
The Hiroshima Peace Museum is dedicated to the documentation and remembrance of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in August, 1945. The museum provides eyewitness testimony and shows documentary films to people who visit it. This documentation is designed to ensure that future generations learn about the horrors of the Hiroshima experience and become more aware of the importance of preventing future use of atomic bombs.
